Photo Note Cards, Fine Art Photographs & Reprint Orders
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return or exchange Photo Note Cards, Fine Art Photographs and Wedding Reprint Orders, if damaged during shipment or we made an error. We'll also refund the shipping cost, if we request the return of the merchandise. Merchandise cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If we insured your purchase and the merchandise was damaged during shipment, you may be required to return your purchase to the Post Office and make a claim for refund for the damaged merchandise from the Post Office.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned merchandise. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to damage during shipment or not due to our error, we will not process a refund or an exchange.

Wedding Photography and Reprint Orders
Please see your Wedding Contract regarding Wedding Photography returns. Returns or exchanges of Wedding Reprint Orders are the same as Note Cards above, unless stated otherwise in your Wedding Contract.
